- Wedding: November 2009
I wasn’t sure whether to post this in destination, music or reception, but since it’s mostly about music, here it is…
I’m having a small destination wedding in Puerto Rico – as of right now about 35 people will be there. It will be a mix of older family members who most likely won’t dance and a few of our friends who may or may not dance. I’m completely struggling with what to do about reception music. I’d like to have the option of dancing, cause otherwise, what do you do after dinner is over? and I have the room for 4-5 hours. But would it be weird to have a live band or a DJ for dancing and then only have about 10 people dancing? What if nobody dances? We’ve thought about doing the ipod thing, but I don’t really want to have to worry about set up etc.
Any thoughts? Anyone else having a small wedding and still having dancing?
