Hi,
My cousin had a very nice reception at the Sports Barn of all places. She had a wedding coordinator who was also the caterer. She also had a DJ and had karoake. It was the most fun I had at wedding. I am not sure of the cost as this was in July 2000.

One of my friends looked at a fairly new place called The Mill in downtown Chatt. Here's the website... http://www.themillofchattanooga.com/. Not sure what style you're looking for, but they're probably more flexible than a hotel would be for different food and alcohol options.
have you checked out the walden club? it has a gorgeous view of chattanooga when you look out the windows!
Hi! Have you found a location yet? I am getting married in downtown Chattanooga Nov. 6, 2010 and we chose the Fairyland Club on Lookout Mountain for our reception. Its only a 15 min drive from downtown and is absolutely GORGEOUS. The prices are very decent, alcohol is the only thing that was more expensive than what i was hoping for. Good luck!!
Has anyone thought of having a reception at the Chattanooga zoo? My friend had her wedding there last year and it was absolutely beautiful! I don't think it was too expensive either.
I want so badly to get married and have my reception at Grandview on Lookout Mountain!!! I'm still doing my best to be patient though! No ring yet.
AH!!! I really wish I had thought of the zoo!!! That would've been amazing!!!
We're actually having ours at Vaudeville Cafe (No murder mystery show included lol)

I've only recently heard about The Terminal. No idea where it is or anything

So the wedding will be at Calvary Chapel, downtown. (Hopefully. Still waiting to hear back from them)
But I don't know where to have the reception. I wanted the Aquarium but for the price you pay it's not really worth it. And the bar options suck.
So any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
