Hmm, for the post threads I’m not really sure.  But I’ve been using the seating chart from brides.com myself.  It’s under the tools tab.

I haven’t used it yet, but I know BB&B has one. I plan on checking it out when the time comes.

I plan on going old school.  I am going to get a board, and place large circles with table numbers on the board.  Then I am going to write everyone’s name on a post-it note, and start placing them on the board!  Then I can move people around from table to table with ease!  I’m hoping that the visuals will make it more fun than stressful!

I used the Martha Stewart one, available on her website and was pretty happy with it. The one thing I would recommend in using it is that each time you finish making changes or are ready to close out your browser after working on your chart, generate a seating report and have it emailed to yourself. It’s pretty easy, you go to the little printer and click on export and email seating chart.

I used Perfect Table Plan… it was about $30, I think but it was worth it for my 300+ guests!
