@MsRMTiffany: LOL you can’t set it up!

You might want to check craigslist for any “wanna be” planners or that kind of thing. Check references, of course ๐Ÿ™‚

ETA do you have any ushers or close friends you could have set up?

I’ve also worried about this alot. our venue have agree to open up early in the morning for set up I really wish i could take my time to do everything myself but that will obviously not be possible..so frustrating

My venue did most of the setup, but I had a few relative put the centrepieces out and set up the escort cards kind of thing.

At my cousin’s wedding we had access to the venue to start setting up really early in the morning for her 3:30 ceremony, so she came and helped before she went to get her hair done etc, then we came back between the ceremony and reception just to light candles and start opening the wine and stuff.
