Have you looked into any of the Distilleries? Buffalo Trace can accomodate about 150 and it's a gorgeous facility (with bathrooms!).
There are also several wineries in the area you could contact that have great rustic appeal (Equus Run has a HUGE barn and frequently hosts large events)
Hey, just a quick tip, if you haven't already found out: My wedding date was 9/23/11 but Buffalo Trace is booked that weekend (so 9/22 it is :) ). I love the clubhouse, check it out if you're not stuck on that date!
The Bluegrass Entertainment Center in Bardstown has a barn/rustic feel. I don't think they have air conditioning though.

I need of a reception site that has a rustic barn type feel. I'm okay with reception/banquet halls if I can make them look like my southern charm rustic feel I have in my head! Does nebody have ideas on a banquet hall or event space that can house 200 people near Louisville/Bardstown. We would even be okay with a barn and a farm. I'm just worried about bathrooms. Please help!
