How many guests will you have? The Pacific Union Pocket Park in La Jolla is beautiful, but limited space-wise. Also Seagrove Park Park in Del Mar is nice, and there is a community center right down the street where you can have a reception (don't know how much it costs though). I have also heard many good things about the Coronado Community Center.
There's this place in La Jolla called "The Wedding Bowl". Its actually a city park that is small and you can rent it out for wedding ceremonies. Its ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULARLY GORGEOUS and right over the ocean on green grass. You could do the ceremony there and have the reception at a restaurant somewhere else. You rent the park out by 4 hour increments or something like that and i believe they set up chairs and stuff.

well I want either a beach front wedding or on the beach wedding. Does any body have recommendations of where I can do this here in San Diego? Also of any good reception sites? I want an affordable but elegant one or just any general ideas of nice sites?
