Check out Sans Souci of Sea Cliff, I've heard they are reasonable and better for a smaller crowd: http://www.sanssoucicaterers.com/
Leonard's of Great Neck or Jericho Terrace.
They will help you take down the price a little if you're willing to have a Sunday ceremony or do it in the afternoon instead of a evening reception.
Iknow the Bridgewater Manor has a smaller room that would be perfect for your wedding size. I didn't see it when we toured because we were looking for rooms that would hold 150ish people but the rest of the place was very nice. The wedding package we looked at was $80 a person but was for a Sunday evening so I don't know about their prices for Saturdays. It's worth checking out though

Does anyone know of any nice reception sites (catering halls, country clubs, etc.) for less than $100/pp and without a guarantee of people for a Saturday night? I feel like it's a stupid question because all I see if guarantees of 100 or 150 people along with $125/pp prices for a Saturday nite. My FH and I are pretty set on a Saturday night but probably only about 70-80 guests. ANy help greatly appreciated :)
Oh and pretty much anyone northern-central NJ, boros of NYC and Long Island. VERY open as of now. ;)
