My wedding will be at Arnaldos banquet center in Riverview, Mi. Im from Toledo, so i am not sure how close that is to Adrian, but it is a very beautiful place and very reasonably priced.
@leanna12: My wedding is at Baypointe Inn in Shelbyville, MI which is more SW. But ours is right on the lake and I love it. A lot of people get married in Jackson downtown at the fountains, which is gorgeous!
Wow! Congrats! It's a small world I'm planning my wedding in Monroe, but my reception is going to be at a local church.
My favorite venue in South East Michigan is Orlando Familia - however it's Riverview. So it's quite a drive from Adrian. Also Crystal Gardens is nice, but expensive and also near riverview.
There are several reception halls in Monroe too... but they are pretty cheesy ( all white, tulle, mirrors, fake greenery) looks like the early 90's exploded.

Right now I am tentatively booked at Adrian, College Tobias Room - very pretty and reasonably priced. However you have to use their catering.
Other recommendations that were made to me were:
- Super 8 in Brooklyn, MI
- Lenawee County Fair Grounds Agricultural Barn
- Siena Heights University
Now I am on the photographers - would love any suggestions!
