how many guests are you planning on having? if you want something familiar within the korean community, you’ll probably want to stick around k-town/downtown. wilshire grand hotel in downtown is nice. i think it fits maximum about 600 or so. most koreans will know of that place. a lot of people also have it at oxford palace in k-town which accomodates about 200 (i think), but it’s not as nice. hope this helps!

i’m a little confused…why is it important that the venue is known to koreans?  is it a reputation issue?  and what geographic proximity are you looking for?

Beverly Hills is always know amongst Koreans…if its more for a reputaion reasons…there is Four Seasons/Beverly Hills Hotel…Bevery Hilton…but it all depends on your budget as well…i suggest you call soon….there is a great here comes the bride book @the bookstores that gives you a list of great reception halls.

Oxford Palace.  Wilshire Grand is just okay … the hotel looks nicer but the room/food is not as good.
