allinoelle:  we just a basically ended up hugging half of our guests while they congratulated us. We went straight to our parents in the front row once the ceremony ended and hugged them and then sort of progressed down the aisle greeting people etc, getting congratulations and those trinkets they hang on the brides arm. Everyone had gotten up from their seats and moved either into the aisle or just behind the chairs so we just made our way around until it was time for family photos.

allinoelle:  We are heading back to the area where the bridal party got ready.  We will sign the marriage certificate there and then I’m going to put the straps on my dress, remove the slip and we can all take a breather and use the restroom, etc. before getting announced into the reception.  We are doing photos first so the break won’t be too long.

Our photog was at the end of the aisle and directed us where he wanted us to go.

We exited the ceremony space and then headed to the conservatory, where we hugged & greeted our guests.

Our ceremony was right outside our venue, so we just exited and went right inside to line up for our receiving line.

We walked around to the front of our B&B venue – to the place where we did our first look and had some quiet time. Our wedding party each grabbed their SOs and walked everyone down to the pool house where we had picnic stuff set out. We went and joined the party after a bit . . . I wanted to walk around and see how everyone had come into the ceremony and the ringwarming tree and Quaker-inspired marriage certificate. It was wonderful to have some time with my brand-new husband 🙂
