Just a reminder that if you joined the recipe and/or notecard swap, that you need to put them in the mail by Monday, September 26! You have one week!!

Steps to follow...
1. In about a week, after we get everyone to join, your swap partners will be assigned. An email reminder should be sent to your email you listed on swap-bot.
ETA: Swap partners were assigned on Sept 2nd. You should have gotten an email. If you didn't, you can log in to your swap-bot account and follow the steps below to see the partners you send to.
2. Log back into swap-bot and under this swap, click on "See the partners you send to." It should give you the names of your partners with their addresses.
3. Send your note cards and/or recipes. Deadline to send is Monday, September 26th.
4. Log back into your account and update that they were sent.
5. When you receive your note cards from your partners, log back in and rate your partners.
That's it!

I sent mine out already. I've been impatiently checking the mail like a kid waiting for a letter from their penpal! So excited! :)

I have an issue. I received two of my three notecard swaps which is great! Yay! But one of them doesn't match up name-wise with any of the names in my swap-bot ratings area. So yeah, I'm not sure how I can rate this person until elimating the last person but even then, I'm not 100% certain it's the remaining person on the rating's list.
I got my first one today! Yay! Working on sending my second one now.
@beekiss: I think under swap-bot you should be able to message your partners. Could you message your two remaining partners to see which one sent their already?
To the bees who get mine...i apologize...I have my real name on their (Bailey) and not my bee name Baileyh....i hope you can figure it out :)
Thanks for the reminder! Mine are all written up, but not in the mail yet...so I have to fix that!

Mine are printed, stamped and on their way to the mailbox this morning! I couldn't pick just three, so I included a bonus recipe ;)

I got my first one this morning! Thank you Tiffany (you didn't put your Bee name!)!!! The recipes look amazing and your packaging was beautiful! Holy cow!!!
oh I sooo need to be involved in this~! please someone fill me in, i'm a terrible cook and would totally love some help,. I have some awesome homemade soup recipe's to share :)
I sent out all of my notecards, but still need to get the recipes out! I received some recipes the other night and I can't WAIT to try them out. 
I am now completely done! Yay. I'm mailing my second envelope tomorrow morning to a lucky lady that has responded on this board hihi... hopefully she will like them :-)

Shoot! I sent out my notecards, but just did my recipe cards tonight. They're ready to be mailed tomorrow--if I can figure out how to log back in to the swap (not just swapbot)...
@luvalways86:PM me and I'll send you 3 recipes if you send me 3. I somehow thought I had 3 partners, not 2, so I'm ready to send them ASAP. :) They aren't the most beautiful recipe cards, but they are my three current favorite recipes.

Nope, I'm a procrastinator, too. Mine are getting sent out first thing tomorrow morning.
It's completely fine to wait til the deadline to send. That's why we have the deadline. I wanted to give members enough time to buy notecard and/or to make recipe cards.
For those of you waiting, you have to do a little more waiting. There are some members who are out of the country so it may take longer to get your swaps or to send them. Just be a little more patient.
If you want, you could send a message to your partner asking them if they sent out their swap yet. Some need another reminder.
Oh, if anyone misses the deadline to send, just be sure to send a message to your partner telling them it's late. I would rather get a late swap then not getting one at all. Don't be one of the flakers. Weddingbee doesn't like flakers and neither will your partner. ;)
On Tuesday after the deadline has passed, I should be able to see who has sent their swaps and who hasn't. I will directly send emails to the members whose swaps have not be sent. If I don't get a response from them, I will find them on weddingbee.
Anyway, I hope I don't have to do that.

Sorry to my partners! I will be messaging them directly too but my puppy got ahold of all my card so I am re-doing them.
My recipes are on their way to my swap partners. Hopefully I find some recipes in my mailbox soon!
