Can anyone share a simple shake recipe that has protein that I can take either before or after work out, but wont make you gain weight?
I found one with the following ingredients but cant find eff white powder and waw almond butter in the supermarket :-(.
12 ounces water or unsweetened almond milk
2 scoops egg white powder or whey protein isolate
1 tablespoon raw almond butter or ground flaxseed
6 ice cubes
I normally do work out in the morning before work so I need energy, and hopefully can have this as a breakfast too.
