So I started the 21 day sugar detox on 1/9/14 and completed it successfully. Since then I’ve tried to stay kinda paleo, kinda with the candida diet- basically lots of veggies, high protein, low carbs in the form of brown rice, millet, quinoa etc. I’m just getting tired of eating the same stuff! Anyone have any good recipes for basic clean healthy dinners? Things that don’t require 800 ingredients or a culinary degree LOL I’ve been making stuffed peppers a lot with tomatoes and lean ground turkey, grilled chicken with veggies. Someone gave me a recipe for some veggie stuffed cabbage leaves that I’m going to try. I’ve lost 20 pounds but have like 20 more to go so I need some recipe inspiration!!
