Hi hive need to know what hotels are the best to visit in Santorini and Mykonos for my honeymoon.

I'm hoping someone will be able to share some advice. If not, have you looked on tripadvisor? It is the best website for finding hotels - in the US and abroad.

BTW, I LOVED Santorini when I was there for a day on a cruise. I think it would be a dream honeymoon.

In Mykonos, we stayed at Paradise Beach (not on our honeymoon but during our backpacking trip) and stayed in a bungalow, which was not good. BUT, some friends that we met were staying in the "apartments" which are up on a hill and have awesome balconies. The apartments are really affordable & although they say they are for 4 or 5 people, there were only 2 people in one and it was nice for them to have all that space.

Mykonos & Santorini are two of my favorite places in the whole world! So beautiful and Mykonos is a great place to cut loose & party!

We are going there for our honeymoon in June.

In Santorini we are staying at The Sunrocks in Firostefani. Talked to a few people that have been to Greece many times (Greek Americans) and it came highly recommended. It faces the Caldera - attached are pics of this hotel from my fiance's cousin took when she stayed there with her husband.

In Mykonos we are staying at Petinos Beach Hotel in Platys Gialos Beach, Mykonos
I don't know much about it - I went to a Greek travel agent that was recommended here in Chicago and they ended up choosing all the other hotels. Figure they know what they are doing.

We are going to Mykonos and Santorini for our honeymoon too! In Mykonos we are staying at the Dorion and in Santorini at Orizontes hotel. It was all booked through a travel package. I am sooo excited to go. I hope you have fun too!
