Can anyone recommend a honeymoom registry, please? We’re not exactly sure where we want to go yet–Europe or South America. We live together and have everything we need so we don’t want a traditional wedding registry. We won’t take our honeymoon until next year (2012)–once we have funds for it. Thanks!

we’re using honeyfund – it’s free, and uses paypal, so they don’t skim off the top like other groups. Paypal takes out 3%, but that’s the smallest amount of any of the groups that I researched. And that’s ONLY if they use paypal – there are options like “I will give the couple cash at the ceremony” or sending a check, so not every gift will get skimmed, just the paypal ones.
The good news is that everyone knows we’re looking to put $ toward our honeymoon, so I think they’re just giving us $ at the wedding anyway.
We did set up an alternate registry at Target for more traditional gifts though, in case people would prefer to give an actual gift.

@bunnyfoofoo: Thanks! Before I posted I checked out Honeyfund but forgot to mention that. I just finished checking out TravelersJoy. It seems nice but they take 7.5% off gifts. I think Honeyfund it is. I was just talking to my mom today and she says people keep asking about our registry. So, I decided I better set up a honeymoon one. She mentioned a traditional one too for those that are used to doing things that way. I think I may do that too and at Target. 🙂
