You look fabulous and tiny as-is! I think any longline strapless bra that ends below the waistline of your dress would be just fine.

I’ve never worn that one, so I can’t vouch for the waist size, but I have some of their open-bottom hip girdles. I’m tiny (22-inch waist, 33-inch hips), and the hip girdles fit me perfectly!

It pulls me in at the hips, but as it begins below my waistline, I can’t say how tight a Rago waist cincher would fit.

If you’re up for something unconventional, you could try a corset from What Katie Did! I have the Morticia, and it’s a thing of beauty. They make longline bras and waist cinchers, as well.

You look positively stunning as is!  I haven’t worn their shape wear, but Orchard Corset makes amazing corsets – I would imagine their shapewear would be just as good.  The brand is geared toward the waist-training crowd, so they are used to working with the teeny tiniest of waists.

Consultette:  I second Orchard Corset. I waist train (17 inch tightlaced waist), and their corsets are wonderful. I have one of their girdles, as well, but it’s a hip girdle like the Rago one, so, again, I can’t vouch for how much they cinch.
