99% of concealers I’ve tried don’t do much of anything.  I’ve never had an URGENT need for it, I just like to cover up a zit or something sometimes.  I tried Benefit’s “Boi-oing” concealer.  Its fantastic.  It actually makes blemishes disappear! I don’t use it under my eyes because its sooooo heavy, but it works great on the face.

I recently started using Bobbi Brown’s concealer.  I think it works pretty well, although I want to try getting her corrector (that you wear underneath) for it also.

I think the trick with hers is using the right combination of eye cream to concealer.  And setting it with powder.

I actually like Mary Kay’s concealer…any of the ones I’ve tried from drugstores are too watery…except the Physician’s Formula one is pretty good

I use Maybelline Age Rewind under eye concealer for my bags but if yours are very dark, Hard Candy Glamoflauge is a heavy duty one and a little goes a loooooong way.  It’s available at Walmart so both can be picked up in one trip!

You’ll want something creamier for your under eye area especially if you have dry skin or lines bc thicker concealers will look chalky.

For blemishes, you’re better off with pencil/stick types–something kind of tacky and heavy so that you can pat it down for coverage and then blend out corners.  If your dark circles are very dark, try using a peach or golden hued concealer to neutralize the blue/purple tones.

Eve Pearl’s salmon is a favorite, but Bobbi Brown & Cinema Secrets also have great ones.

My issue is under-eye too. I loveee Mac Pro LongWear Concealer. I make sure to moistuize, then build up the coverage really well, little by little. It stays put All day. I swear that stuff knocks years off my face (induced by under-eye issues).

I use bare minerals as a foundation/concealer. when my under eye circles are out of control, I use benefit boi-ing or benefit erase paste. both are miracle workers.

OKAY so I am kind of a concealer freak. I don’t wear any face makeup except for bronzer and concealer, and I am SUPER weird about under eye circles… I always want them covered up completely. I have an olive complexion so I have struggled with dark bags under my eyes my whole life! For 6 years I was using a concealer by MAC, but I just found one that is WAYYYYYY better…. Smashbox!!!!!! It’s one that comes in a super skinny squeeze tube. I am not kidding, it’s the best. It doesn’t get dry or crease or anything like that and it covers beautifully.

I’ve had luck with Clinique’s concealer. Not sure how many types of concealer they have, but the one I get comes in a small, thin tube.

@MissDareDevil:  is that Smashbox’s Camera Ready Full Coverage Concealer ?  If so, I love that stuff.  I’ve gone through so many sticks of it.

I switched last fall to Benefit’s Erase Paste, the Sephora girl recommended it (and showed me the difference between it and a fresh application of my Smashbox), since the peach tones help to neutralize my circles.  I love it, and find it lasts longer too.

I have under eye bags a lot of the time (grad school and a prek teacher!) so I needed something that would work all day! Abd elieve it or not, Wet n’ Wild is the BEST concealer I have ever had! It lasts about 2 months and it’s only $1! I have tried eevrything. Literally. And this is the best yet. I have my entire family on this stuff because it;s awesome and inexpensive.
