I'm using Behind the Bash and am very happy with them so far. A lot of their options have a Texan feel to them - Shiner Bock beer battered asparagus and pecan crusted Texas redfish. The coordinator I'm working with (Misty) is great too. Another big plus is their great relationship with our venue (The Parador.)
We also seriously considered Cordua - I am in love with their food and want to eat at Churrascos or Amazon everyday!
I have heard great things about Behind the Bash from a friend who used them. Good luck!
I am using Cazadores I am having chicken with basil sauce potatoes and yellow and green zucchini its 9.99 for each plate and that includes tea and he didnt charge me delivary. he does tastings also. Its a Mexican restr. but they have all kinds of stuff on their catering menu

I'm getting married in October and we have our DJ, photographer, Spanish guitarist, Linens, Centerpieces and other minor stuff... When it comes to a caterer.. I'm drawing a blank!!
Is there some company you can recommend? Full service is possible..
