I'm looking for etsy designers that i can purchase a PDF or file to print them via vistaprint or other online store.

Can you bees recommend any Etsy designers?

I used Wide Eye Design, Amanda was amazing --- I had her print my invites for me, but I think she will also do just the design and send you the pdf file. Good luck!

I ordered samples from Shine Invitations, they were really nice, and everything came very quickly and was excellent quality.

I have no idea if you can buy the pdf, but I used Whimsical Prints for m invites but had them print and send the invites. I was very impressed and they were a fraction of what I'd pay locally.
