I would definitely recommend putting "china dress" or "replica dress" up in the custom search box on the top right, and read through some of the board posts and comments. From what I've read, I wouldn't order anything made out of lace, as those sound to be the most disappointing. Some of the photos I've seen of simple satin dresses have looked fine, though. Or, you could always go with a local seamstress, and have her create something custom just for you, as a more affordable option. Good luck!

Has anyone ever bought their wedding dress as a recreation of a more expensive gown? I see many sites that can remake designer dresses to look like them but I'm curious to know if it's worth it. Is the quality there, does it look the same? I would love to hear your stories.
