I’m trying to decide between round tables and/or rectangle tables. We are having a classy country wedding. I’m a little concerned about space, but either style would fit.
Married bees: which style did you use and what were pros/cons of that style?
Other bees: which do you prefer and why?

I had a very small venue. In order to get all our guests into the dining area & keep a dance floor we had to use a mix of rectangular & circular tables. We seated our families on the circular tables (there were 4-5) & our friends on rectangular tables further away (I think there we 6-7)

@MrsRugbee: Great idea seating family at round tables and the rest at rectangular! Thanks!

If you’re worried about space and creating areas for dancing, walking, etc. then rectangular is somewhat easier. You need about 2′ on each side for clearance and with round you end up losing a bunch of adjacent room. Try making a scale room diagram if you have the measurements.
