My husband and I have matching tattoos, but they are on our butts (because we are so mature, lol) and I like it that way so only we know. We get the giggles every time we see them (because not only are they on our butts, they are hilarious). I don’t think I would want to go out in public and have people realize we have matching tattoos. I already get people stopping me about my tattoos (I may have gotten a bit more than the average tattooed person…) and it makes my husband feel awkward, so I don’t think he would enjoy explaining matching ones.

With all that being said, I wouldn’t let anyone’s opinion of a tattoo I wanted sway me. Lol. I am not helpful. :/

I think her point was: why do you care what other people think? It is cliche, but so are 75% (yes, I picked a random #) of tattoos. If you want it, get it.
