So I am getting married at Bradley’s Pond in Tally and my wedding colors are a dark purple with bright yellow flowers. We dont really want floral centerpieces so we are trying to come up with something different but the problem is that the linens that I’ve picked out online look really nice and are a dark purple and the centerpieces that I am drawn to are lanterns and rustic-y, is this going to end up looking like it doesnt flow?? I am debating here…..

The retreat at Bradleys pond already has a very “rustic” feel to it so I don’t see how it wouldn’t work out.

I think it will go great. Bradley’s Pond is already pretty rusticy, but fancy at the same time.

Thanks! I went to Old TIme Pottery and found the most amazing vintage candle holders that are going to look great so I guess now I am going to go for a vintage feel and my dress matches perfectly so I’m really excited!!

I think you can have elegant and outdoorsy!
Oooh oooh.please do what one of my friends back home did with her rustic/elegant wedding! They had a beautiful fire pit and the wait staff brought them out skewers and large plates with all the condiments to make s’mores!
I so want to do that if we have our reception outdoors or an outdoorsy rehersal dinner! It was so awesome!
