We are setting up our registries this week and I was planning on registering at BBB and possibly Crate & Barrel.  However, we could really use a new microwave.  Our old one broke and we are using a tiny low wattage microwave that's quite old and is so small not everything fits in it (it's a square microwave vs. the traditional rectangular kind).

Anyways - I'm at a loss for where to actually register for one.  Do I register for one of the few BBB has (I think they have about 4).  I noticed Target has quite a few, although I was hoping to avoid a Target registry.  Or do I register at Amazon.com for items such as this that can't be found everywhere (I just think that guests might be hesitant to buy off of an Amazon registry)?

Where is a good place to get microwaves if I wanted to register for one?  I don't know if it wouldn't be easier to just register for one of the ones BBB has just for simplicity.

Really do your research when choosing that microwave, I read so many reviews and was shocked at how much junk is out on the market right now in microwaves.  I think that once you have narrowed the microwave that will work best for you guys then find the best place to register for it.  Smart to register for a microwave!

I second that you should research the microwave you want and then see how you can add it to your registry. I currently don't have one, but my mom is still using her touch-screen Panasonic which she bought 26 years ago, when I was born. Talk about quality!
