I personally prefer Network Solutions over godaddy. It is easier to look at and friendlier to use. :)
OK - maybe the domain name company can help me, but - once I purchase the name I want, how do I use the new name to "mask" the one established at the mywedding.com website where I created the wedding website?
I used my blogger option under settings and publish... or google .. $10 dollars :)
RelentlessBrideHi Surgie,
I work for a domain name company (hence the username). I registered by own domain name at GoDaddy (not the company I work for, but we work with them a lot), and then you can set up the domain to forward to whichever URL you want (i.e. - my wedding dot com slash whatever). It's included with the registration... just look for Domain Forwarding on your account page. HTH!

I've created a wedding website using my.wedding.com. How can I create my own domain name so it links to my site on mywedding.com? I seem to remember seeing somewhere that you can register your own domain name for $10 - but I can't find where.
