We used Amazon as one of our registries, and most of their stuff is free shipping. AND they carry items that you would find in a variety of department stores, which is nice.
I'm pretty sure both Macy's and Bed, Bath and Beyond offer this from what I've been told.

Hi Bees,
Does anyone know of any stores that offer free shipping on registry items? Or free shipping if you spend over a certain amount of money?
I thought that a registry with free shipping will encourage guests to send gifts to our home rather than bring them to the reception (it will be very hard for us to transport gifts back to our house from the reception).
