We are going to the story to do our registry this saturday! I"m really excited! Mr.Bobby will be too cute carrying that gun around! My question is how do I tell people where we registered? I told my grama because she asked. I know would of mouth is a main component. And I know when we have a shower we can put it on there. But do we send shower invites to everyone or just people in town?

I feel like a wedding idiot right now....yay stress!! 

Everyone says to spread info about the registry using word of mouth, but for me that doesn't work at all because nobody talks to each other.  And I am not having a shower so that doesn't help things.  Etiquette says not to put it on the invites, but we did what a lot of people did and put the registry info on our website and then had our website address listed on one of our insert cards.  So if you don't have a website yet, you can make one and put your registry info there.  :)

how do you make a website? Like a blog? lol 

I'm planning on just slipping in a little card, because half of my family doesn't use the internet and I've seen the info for registries before in invitations and it honestly doesn't seem tacky or gift-grabbing to me. But I guess that's just because I know that I'll bring a gift/cash anyway, so it's nice to know where to get it from without having to ask.

We're getting the info out via word of mouth and our website (made at www.ewedding.com.) I'm also having a shower, and the hostess will be including info about the registry in the invites. As for who is invited to the shower, its just a very small portion of our overall guest list - close family friends and women in the family.
