All of the stores I registered at gave me checklists as a starting point.  You can also probably get them off the websites of the stores you’re planning on registering at if you want to get some ideas before you start.

The Real Simple Weddings guide has a great list. I made photo copies of the pages and carried them with us to each store. I liked it because it also had lists for seasonal stuff, like camping gear in the summer, or snow shovels in the winter.

You can get a copy in the magazine rack. It’s probably been my favorite planning book so far.

I have a really really long one that I put together from all of my wedding books/websites if you want me to email it to you!

It’s a numbers file, but i can export it as a PDF or excel file if you want it. 🙂
