@Krispy1327: Unique question! Haven't heard it before. I love a good bargain, so if it were me, I'd appreciate the coupon. Just don't send it out with your actual invitation. Shouldn't mention anything about gifts or registries there.
I think it's great that you're including info about hotels in your invitation... I regret not including a little info card about what people can do in the area to keep themselves busy during the break between the ceremony and reception. However, I really don't think you should include registry info in your wedding invitation itself. That type of info can be spread by word of mouth or you can include it in your shower invitations if need be.
@JoJo Bananas:ah, great idea the only registry mentioned on the shower invite i think will be the Kohl's registry...gotta stock the kitchen :) it's going to be a bring your fav recipe party! I love to cook and try new things, so its perfect!
Is there a coupon code rather than people having to bring the coupon to the store. If so, I would put the info on your website. In the shower invitation sounds good though.

On our Accommodations insert of the invite, we're putting our wedsite for additional hotels, in addition, it does have our registry info. We're registered at Kohl's and for registering, they give 15% cards to put in invites/send out for purchases. I don't want to inappropriate about it, but i also would want to save ppl money if they should so choose to purchase gifts from that registry (we also have a "main" registry for honeymoon) how do I include this info? should I just stick the card in there? Its not our main registry...we prefer the honeymoon registry, but I know some guests would rather get something tangible they can wrap if that makes sense :) thanks!
