I have to admit, I'm a bit guilty of that myself ;] I just can't help it and we have 6 weeks left!!!
My shower is next weekend...I've been so bad about peeking! I told myself this afternoon that I need to stop...I don't want to ruin the surprise! :)
My mom just sent out shower invites so I've been checking my registry and saw the the first person/couple of people bought gifts! They bought some of the most fun things on our registry so I'm excited. We also registered at HoneyFund.com and I received notification today that someone bought one of our "experiences" from that registry. I'm trying not to check the store registry a lot but I want to make sure things don't become unavailable or discontinued before the shower or wedding so I know I will be peeking in occassionally.
LOL I posted about this right before I had my shower too! I was a very big registry sneak :) I calmed down after the shower with it, but I was still getting super excited if I occassionally looked and saw that someone had bought us something for the wedding.
i know the feeling...we received our first gift in the mail yesterday!!!! (we havent looked at it yet though, not until after the wedding!! :) )
I actually have looked and I found a huge surprise...everything is bought! Now, i dont know what to do. Do I register for more, or shoudl I just say screw it. I only registered at one place and for 34 items. We have lived together for 4 years, so no much is needed. I also guess that means that a shower is soon for us!
I do this all the time. At least once a day since shower invites went out.
Lol glad to know I'm not the only one!! The thing is, my shower is a surprise so now that things are coming off the registry I know the invites went out! I guess this means that from here out I'll just have to make sure I look nice anytime my gfs ask me to meet up for lunch or something!
Aaaaaaaaaaand someone just bought me a pitcher. *fist pump*
I'm Jade, and I'm a lurkaholic. Like you, I have been trying not to peek since I noticed first item purchased off registry. I don't usually last more than a couple of days. Too tempting!
Um... I stalk it daily. Sometimes twice a day. Sometimes in a boring meeting on my blackberry. I should be embarassed about that!
I have been checking our registry everyonce in a while to see if anyone has purchased anything from it yet. So far nope :( Though FI says he hopes that he is there when I see that the first item(s) has been taken so he can see my face and hear me squeal :)

I'm so bad!!! I went to update our registry yesterday and noticed that a couple things were taken off! Yay!!! But now, I can't stop checking it!!!! Am I horrible? It's just too exciting seeing things come off because it makes it more real to me that FI and I will be hubby and wife in 3 months!!!!
