We registered at BBB & Target. Nothing to speak of in terms of experiences yet, but they were easy to do.
We did BB&B and Crate & Barrel. I have only great things to say about both places! Both make returns/exchanges really simple and you can't beat the 20% off coupons at BB&B!
I say register at all three. People want a choice and different price points. No charge for registering!
We registered at Target, BBB and Williams Sonoma. I really liked all 3, but most of our items came from Target. I've heard lots of returns horror stories on the hive about Target, but we returned 4 or 5 items with absolutely no problem at all 3 places. Target's completion discount was the least exciting, with only 10% off and for one day only. But we have been very happy with all our registries.
We will for sure register at Kohl's because it's the only department store in our hometown of 4000 people (where we're getting married). I may do Target or BBB, but it seems unlikely that any of our guests would get us something from either of those stores since they'd have to drive 1.5 hours to shop at one.
I loved both Target and B3...you should definitley go with them!
BBB, Kohls, and Best Buy. I have to keep updating my Kohls regisitry because things keep being sold out.
We did BBB, Kohl's and Target. We were fairly happy with all of them. Most of our guests found Target to be the most convienent, so we got a lot of gifts from there. Like soonerpsych said, I heard a lot of horror stories about Targets return policy, but we did not have ANY problems. We didn't even bring a receipt in to return. We just printed our registry, and they took care of it all (I think you have to return within a month or two, though).
BBB has a great completion discount. We really liked registering with them.
I didn't love Kohls. We didn't get much from there and they weren't the easiest to work with. No problems, just not as easy as the other two.
Enjoy! We thought registering was LOTS of fun! : )
We registered at Kohl's and Target.
We LOVED our Kohl's registry. Super easy to add and delete things, absolutely no problems returning things, and their completion coupon is awesome. 15% off for 3 months! Plus, it came super fast.
I normally love to shop at Target, but we HATED our registry. We had nothing but problems from day one. It put baby items on our registry that we definitely did not scan! We had to return a couple things after my shower and the associate at customer service hassled us even though we had gift receipts. I was told I'd get a 10% one time use coupon to complete our registry, but 5 months later, I have yet to receive anything. I sent my complaints to Target 2 weeks ago through their website and have yet to hear anything back from them.

My fiance and I are trying to decide where to register. We plan on creating a honeymoon registry, but we also want to have 2 store-based registries. For those of you who registered at Target, Kohl's, or Bed Bath & Beyond, did you have any really good/really bad experiences with your registries?
