You could say something like, "We are registered at X and Y. For the convenience of guests who wish to give a gift, we have arranged for items to be ordered online and shipped directly to their home in Toronto."
We are in the same situation, so on our wedding website, we said "The couple is registered at X, Y and Z. Our address is [our address]."
I like the wording that rosychicklet provided though.

I wish the Canadian registries would update itself and allow for items to be shipped right to my home! The two I'm registered at only allow for items to be shipped to the store of my choice, and we will have to go pick them up. AND one of the registries doesn't even have an online system in place :(
Anyway enough whining!
This is what I've decided to put on my website:
"For the convenience of guests who wish to give a gift, we have arranged with the stores for items to be shipped directly to our home store in Toronto"
I like the wording you decided on! I asked my shower hostesses use word-of-mouth. If someone asked where we were registered, they casually mentioned that we would prefer to have the gifts shipped to our hometown...it worked well!
Also...I highly recommend bring an extra empty suitcase with you to Vancouver just in case!

We are having two receptions, one in Vancouver, one in Toronto.
We don't want to lug any big gifts from Vancouver back to Toronto.
So I want to write something on our website that states where we're registered and if they could send all gifts to our Toronto home. How do you say that nicely?!
