Do you have a friend or relative who would be willing to act as a coordinator for the rehearsal?

Otherwise, you can either (1) take the reigns yourself and make sure everyone is aware of what to do, (2) see if the church has a stand-in person who can help out (a deacon would be a great choice, if you have one!), or (3) have the rehearsal on another night and keep your rehearsal dinner on Friday evening.  You also can move the rehearsal dinner; there’s no rule that the rehearsal and dinner have to be on Fridays!

Good luck!

Do you have a family friend or an aunt or something who would be willing to stand in as a wedding coordinator (not just for the rehearsal… I think it would be really helpful to have someone doing it on the day of as well!)? You could talk to the church before hand to make sure you know exactly what order things will go in, etc., and then designate that person to be in charge of the rehearsal and the practical aspects on the day of the wedding.
