does that exist in the north end? i lived there for awhile and i remember all the restaurants being teeeny!
There are definitely restaurants in the North End with big private spaces - Lucca, Artu, and Bacco Ristorante are apparently some that have large private rooms. My question is, which are any good, and which are affordable. I'd love to have a rehearsal dinner at a Giacomo-type place, although I know Giacomo would never go for that!

I'm getting married in the Boston area over Mem Day weekend although I haven't lived in Boston in years. My future MIL would like to hold the RD at a restaurant in the North End. We're thinking about inviting the OOTers, so we could be talking 75-100 people. I'd like to to be quite affordable. Any ideas? Something good, not too expensive, with a large private space?
