Congrats! Your date is getting close!
I'm also having my rehearsal dinner at Gaido's (in the Gulf Room), so I'm not doing anything different. I have heard really good things about the Olympia Grill, though. I think the Pier 21 location is a bit prettier than the other one.

Hi all! I'm getting married on January 28, 2012 in Galveston, Texas and we're looking for a good alternative for a rehearsal dinner. We had originally planned on the Pelican Room at Gaido's, but I wanted to check and see if any of y'all had other good ideas we should check out.
We live in Austin, so scouting these places are a bit more difficult on our end. Ideally we'd like a seafood restaurant that has a separate room/space and can hold at least 25 people. Does NOT have to be Pelican Room fancy. :)
Thanks!
