We didn't include maps for our RD, just the address. We are having about 30 people, and are having them RSVP by phone, so I figure we can give them directions or email them a map. I also only included the dinner. Less than half of the people invited to the RD will also have to be at the rehearsal, so there's no point in telling everybody the whole schedule. For the rehearsal, everybody has the map to the venue from the invitations, and that should be sufficient. Otherwise it seemed to me that we were sending out as complicated an invitation for the RD as for the actual wedding and reception, which I though was a little silly. I'm just going to talk to everybody actually involved in the rehearsal and tell them what time to be there.
