Not everyone invites all the guests…but it’s definitely becoming more common (especially so for DWs).  We are inviting all of our guests to our rehearsal dinner, but we plan on calling it something else so as not to confuse guests that aren’t in the wedding party (probably a “wedding eve soiree” since we have a “welcome bbq” the night before).  To answer some of your questions: I would not include info about it being a cash bar on the invite.  Your guests can just figure that out when they get there.  It’s perfectly acceptable (and recommended) to let your guests know the attire, so definitely put a cute note about it being casual and about bringing swimsuits if they choose.  I don’t necessarily think you need a separate insert for your wedding party.  I would probably call each person to talk it over and send out an email with a weekend itinerary to include all rehearsal and picture time info.  As far as including physical addresses, if you haven’t provided this information to your guests in any other format (i.e. a map or on your wedding website) I would include it on the insert sans zip code.

Hope this helps! Don’t stress too much, it will all come together 🙂
