hmm, I go to Tahoe a lot... though I dont know TONS of places. What is your budget/price range? I know the places in the hotels/casinos are decent.... there are some cool views from 19 bar kitchen...its at the top of Harvey's. Im going up there again in a few weeks, so if you remind me (PM me) I can try and remember to look around for ya! :)
Not sure of pricing. Casual, middle of the road, nothing fancy. We don't want to be told to be quiet (we are a loud family):)

The Fresh Ketch would be great. For mid-range pricing, you could rent a section of the Riva Grill's patio.
I was going to say I hope Mrs. Spring chimes in! I don't know South Lake that well, and I'm assuming you don't want to drive to Tahoe City or Truckee, but I can help with those places :)
We went to Riva Grill for dinner when we went to book the venue. Sadly, it was too expensive and a little stuffy for the fun night we are hoping for. We are headed there in October, so it sounds like we will have to check out The Fresh Ketch and maybe Passaretti's. I am still open for suggestions.....the online sites say the same thing over and over.
Fresh Ketch is fun. Also, check out The Beacon! I totally forgot to mention that place. I am getting hitched on the North shore, but if I were to be a SLT bride, I would FOR SURE have my rehearsal here!

So, it has finally been decided. Just this evening, as a matter of fact. We are going to do the rehersal dinner at Hard Rock Cafe. They have great pricing and there is a free shuttle down the hill from our venue. It's going to be perfect.

I need ideas for a casual rehersal dinner in South Lake Tahoe. We are thinking around 30 people. We don't get to visit the area until the end of October but we would like to get some quotes beforehand. Can anyone help?
