So my FI and I found this cute little restaurant very close to the church we will have the rehersal at. We have a private room for no charge (check) and only a $500 minimum (check) for the room. With about 45 people coming to the rehersal, we are sure to meet the minimum.

The problem is that my FI have been to the restaurant already and have our favorites but are so undecided about what others would enjoy. Not to mention, my guests are VERY Italian and my FI's guests are VERY VERY American. Do you think we need a pasta?

    We've chosen the following:

(vegitarian option--my personal favorite)wood roasted vegetable salad

Fresh vegetables roasted in a wood-fired oven tossed with fresh rosemary vinaigrette served over mixed greens

(they are famous for their wood fired pizzas!) wood fired classic combo pizza

Italian Sausage, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, plum tomatoes, green and yellow peppers, mushrooms and onions

(please feel free to add or remove any of the above or below ingredients)

    pepperonchini, black olives, pineapple, bacon

    prosciutto, red peppers, sundried tomatoes,

fresh basil, roasted garlic, pesto, chevre, chicken,

    eggplant, anchovies, artichoke hearts, spinach,

    portabellas, cilantro, Canadian bacon

(chicken dish, but for the wedding they will be eating a chicken parmesan and filet along with garlic potatoes and veggies, is this one too close to the wedding menu?)

    chicken marsala

Breast of chicken with a Florio Marsala wine sauce. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables

    ultimate cheeseburger

Angus beef smothered with Cheddar, Jack, Swiss and American cheese. Topped with sautéed mushrooms, scallions, smoked bacon, and tomato on toasted sour dough with a side of BBQ sauce for dipping

So, Are you choosing all of them and need some additional feedback?  Or are you having to choose between those?

I think they all sound delicious!  Esp the pizza!!!

Sounds like a great menu! Chicken Marsala and Chicken Parmesan are both chicken, but that's where the similarities end, in my opinion. I think it is a good idea to have a chicken dish!
