I have to decide on the new semi mount for my e-ring so that it matchs my wedding band. Don't get me wrong I love my ring now but, there is no flow between the two. So here I am looking for some input from the hive as to what looks best. Please if you have anyother ideas or styles please put them out there.

The wedding band is the one on the left in the center of the two semi mounts! Thanks again.

I'm waiting to vote because I was wondering, is there a jewelry style you prefer more?  Do you like chunky, blingy, simple, vintage, etc?

I voted for the 2nd one. I think the octagon one would cover up some of the detail on the wedding band. Really cool band, by the way!

I agree the 2nd one would be preferable to the octagon.  Have you tried any plain settings (without stones on the band) next to your w-band? I think a smooth metal band might look nice with that detailed band without taking away from it.  Something like a classic solitaire with a pipe cut (square rather than rounded) band.  It wouldn't be as blingy but also wouldn't be as busy....

Actually my ring now is a smooth setting and that is why it doesn't flow. Although, my ring is rounded rather then flat. I think I was trying to find something with a micro pave to match my band. This is so difficult~! As to the style I like, I like everything but, because my band is pretty wide I have to keep the semi mount on the thinner side. Thanks for the input so far.
