(Closed) Removing Overlay from LA Sposa Denia

I don’t think it’s impossible, but from the closeups, it looks like it is not a simple as cutting a couple of seams. The overlay actually looks like it comes under the ruched bust and is stitched to the bodice. So, maybe the seamstress would have to take the dress apart to remove it?
