I wanted the same this, but found that its nearly impossible to find a tan suit to rent, which is why we bought them instead. I did find this: http://www.jimsformalwear.com/tux202_suit.htm but I don't know how much they rent them for.
We talked with the groomsmen and they were all ok spending the same amount to buy a suit instead of just renting one - that way they own it. Most suit/tux rentals are $100-150 each, so buying may make more sense.
If you go with Jos. A Banks, PM me and I will give you some buying tips.
We found very nice tan suits on Amazon.com at a price that was cheaper to buy then rent them. Ours is 2-button jacket, but here is a similar 3-button one. We also got a discount because we ordered 6 at the same time (you can have them shipped to different addresses), so they came to about $89 each. And the tailor says what we got is a very nice suit. Good luck!
I know so many people who used the jcrew chino suits or the banana republic suits. They guys told me that they kept wearing the same suit over and over for other friends weddings! :) It was an investment. But those suits (even on sale!) are way more than what the other bees suggested. Those prices are amazing!
Mens Wearhouse rentals are about $159 by the way. So if you can buy something for less than that, it's an excellent deal.

My groom will be wearing a navy tux; the groomsmen wearing khaki suits. Unfortunately, none of them (there are 3) own their own, and the tux shop we went through had no khaki suits for rent. We spoke to one salesperson as Men's Wearhouse who scoffed at our question regarding whether they rent suits (apparently it's only tuxes and we are the stupidest couple on earth). Our groomsmen are spread out along the East Coast, so we hoped to find a national rental chain to be our best bet.
I just did a quick search and found Jos A Bank's seemingly great sale of $99 for a suit (which is the high end of what we figured a rental would be), which is currently the frontrunner.
Anyone have any other suggestions regarding SUIT (not tux) rentals? Any national chains that I'm missing?
