    Blah; I did 4 days and punked out. I need to give it another try. I was too use to watching the scale. I started building muscle and that made my weight go up a little. (I know it would change over time once i start burning fat.) I was very soar but also bored with it... I'm planning on giving it another try.

    im on day 4 and im already getting stronger! the 1st 2 days i felt like an old woman--i could hardly bend down.  i do think that i need to add cardio but dont really have time.  any suggestions for getting tone AND shredding some pounds?  100 days left to W-day!

    I'm on day 12, and I can definitely see a huge difference in my strength! The soreness is finally mostly gone (unless I do level 2. Then it comes back with a bang!) and I am feeling more toned!

    I'm loving it.  I started saturday and am needing to do my 4th day tomorrow.  I took tuesday off to recover--i was SUPER sore--and i went climbing today and yesterday so my body's pretty much opposed to anything after that.  I recorded my starting weight and have pictures of the lack of muscle and some tummy flab for "before and after" comparisons.  I'll check back in 30 days and let you know how i'm doing and hopefully see how everyone else is doing!

    I hit significant weight loss (about 5 lbs) in week 3. And I really started trimming down and strengthening up. After week 4 I took a break, but I hope to get back into it. I think that it can really accelerate weight loss with proper diet, but otherwise it'll just tone.

    I just started it on monday! I did level one and I felt like it didn't really do anything.... but boy was I wrong!!! I went to sleep that night and woke up so sore!!! I could bearly did it on tuesday! I had to take a break!! But I've pushed through it and have completed wednesday and today and I am looking forward to tomorrow!! I can definitely see this changing and toning my body as long as I put the work into it!! Like Jillian says "No RESTING!!!"

    Starting it back up after a two week haitus...I'm only doing it 3 times  a week, do you think that's enough for should I step it up and do it 4-5x a wk?

    I got this DVD about a year ago and did it for a little while... I didn't notice much results. I am getting nervous about not loosing weight. I bought a sample dress that zips up but i feel like i spill out over the top and i want to loose a lot of weight. I decided to track my results with the 30 day shred. I took my measurements and weighed my self with my wii fit. It has been one week so far and i will let you know the results at the end.

    I did 8 days of level one (not consecutively), and by the 8th day I was able to fly through the whole thing (and want more!). I just moved up to level 2 yesterday and it whooped my butt. I plan on alternating levels 1 and 2 for the next couple weeks. I want to keep it up for as long as I can. Right now I am doing 4/5 days a week. Definitely getting stronger!
