I liked a dress that my salon did not carry. They carried the particular designer, but not the dress. They ordered it for me for $50 - and they credited that amount toward whatever dress I purchased.
I'm pretty sure if they carry the designer they can get the gown in for you...just might take a little while.
I think it just costs an ordering fee, and that's it. Good luck!

There are a few dresses I would like to try on at a couple stores who sell the bridal lines I happen to love. If they don't have the particular dresses I've seen on the designers site, can I request that they request the dresses from the designer? Has anyone ever done so before? I did email the designer and they said I would just need to have the store call and make the request, but I wasn't sure if stores usually do this for brides.
