Yes! Miss Magic mentioned to me that there's a place in Raleigh called "The Hive" - apropos, no?
Mr. Palindrome and I are slammed through May, but I could do a weekend night the first week of June.

@cola: hey cola! totally unrelated, but you should check out A Southern Season in Chapel Hill. Very cool place! Hard to describe because they have everything! but well worth the drive west.

FI told me about this but we weren't able to go and now I'm totally sad I missed it.
The lack of response leads me to believe that everyone just decided against it at the last moment and no one was there. Therefore, you all should definitely try it again.
@scottsouth: and @JDTALI: the meetup in June defintiely happened! None of us remembered to take a photo though, so there was no recap for the blog. The Busy Bee Cafe was such a fun place, and the 'Bee Sting' drink was great!
And anyone can plan a local weddingbee meet up! All it takes is a new post on the boards, and someone with the time to organize it.
I'd love to go to another one. :)
NC BEES! Can we do another meetup? I literally joined Weddingbee like two days after the last one!
I'm from wilm. I know there's a few bees from ILM, so maybe we could carpool if anyone else wants to go. I have friends in Raleigh who I'd prob stay with.
Also, I have 31 vases I'm trying to sell from my wedding. If anyone is interested, I could bring them with me when I come up :-) PM me if you want info about them. I really want to get rid of them!

Hey NC bees!
I just moved to Raleigh about 3 weeks ago, and since I'm now working from home with nobody to talk to and no excuses to go out (since I hardly know anyone here), I thought it might be fun to have a Weddingbee meet up.
Anyone interested in meeting for drinks and wedding talk? :)
I can't suggest a place, since I don't know where the fun places are yet, but maybe someone else would be willing to pick a place?
I'd love to meet some of you local ladies!
