I’m going to start looking at dresses in around April, just to see what style suits me best. Though I know I won’t be anywhere near my target weight by then :/
I’ve taken this really seriously so far. I’ve made a fitness regime that I think I can actually stick with:
Monday – 50 min walk to work, vigorous housework
Tuesday – 50 min walk to work, Zumba
Wednesday – 50 min walk to work
Thursday – 50 min walk to work, Zumba
Friday – 50 min walk to work
Saturday – Vigorous housework, Zumba, Long walk/jog
Sunday – Cycling
As for food, I’m going to be using the Slimming World diet. Gah, I LOVE their recipes!

@bas0587: There is a style for EVERY single bride…I’ve seen some beautiful curvy brides on this forum, you just might be surprised at what you’ll find if you just try on a few dresses! Finding a dress you like might even motivate you to fit into it better!
