@brandybelle:  I was going to give them two months out, since that gives us a chance to ask our B list guests. But 90% of them are Out of Town, so if they haven’t committed by two months, I doubt they’d be coming.

Some people can be terrible about responding to RSVPs. I’m going to have them due to me a month in advance so that I can give myself two weeks to call around to folks who don’t get them to me. My venue needs the final numbers 10 days out, so it gives me a cushion for the non-responders as well as to deal with craziness like writing in extra guests.
