(Closed) Rest Days

I normally rest 2 days a week. Sometimes if I’m a little over-ambitious and don’t rest, I’ll find it catches up to me. I get pretty tired and my performance isn’t as great. If by chance I’ve had a light effort at the gym that week, I’d be less concerned with resting but I normally run a min. of 20miles/week plus other cardio and strength training with every workout, so I usually find I need it.
