I work in digital PR, and I list sites I’m most familiar with as long as quantifiable results. So instead of saying “Twitter” as a skill, I give a specific campaign and give the Twitter stats for that.

A big thing right now are visual sites, like tumblr and Pinterest, so perhaps include if you’ve worked with those.

I work in SEM/SEO so I think I can help. Do you have experience with any specific tools or programs? Kenshoo, Marin, Dart, AdWords, AdCenter, DoubleClick, etc? Are you Google AdWords Certified?

What’s the specific job role? I think I could help if I know exactly what type of digital marketing you want to do!

yes, and i would also add webtrends and google analytics if you have any experience with those programs. though i must add, i am in digital marketing for the past 8 years and biggest contributor to getting the jobs i did has been showing that i can think strategically and i am analytically capable…as opposed to being able to use any one tool.

I am not sure if you need to list Microsoft Office (warning: legal feild, not marketing, listen to the marketing folks before me)…I assume everyone knows how to use Excell, PowerPoint, Word and the like because I don’t think you can function in the business world without that basic skill set. You want to show them what you bring beyond the basics they assume you can do already.
