We'll put return addresses with both of our names, even though we technically don't live together yet.
I've struggled with this. We own a house together, and it isn't a giant secret that we are living in sin (as some in my family would say), but I'm not sure I want to broadcast that to every single person, inlcuding the never going to come, but get a courtesy invite people (the great aunts and other very old relatives). So, I'm just addressing them to myself. I'll have both of our names on the thank yous, so most people will know we didn't move.
We are in the same situation. Our return labels just had my FI's last name on them, not a first name. I figured that was the best solution, especially since I will be eventually taking his last name anyway.
I used both of our names for the return address on my S-T-Ds. For the RSVP envelopes I'll use our last names:
My last name /His last name Wedding
Address
City, state, 00000
We just put our first names on the return envelope. "Evan and Nicole" and then our address.
we used both our names. but we stupidly put last names too, and had a few left over after the wedding. not my name anymore. so i would just put first names.
I think it's up to you. I hadn't really thought about it, but I think I'll just be doing both of our names if not our last name (soon to be mine) on it.

I live with my current fiance and the invitations are coming from us since we're paying for most of the wedding. For the return address I just had my name but I was thinking perhaps it should be from both of us. What are your thoughts?
